1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GadgetZone (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Service. Because the Service requires no account and no registration, your continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. What the Service provides

The Service offers a collection of browser-based utilities for images, PDFs, finance, text, developer code, colours and everyday tasks. All processing occurs locally in your web browser. We may add, modify, suspend or remove any tool at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use any tool to process content you do not have the right to process;
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its hosting infrastructure;
  • Scrape, republish or resell the Service as your own without written permission;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including anything that infringes copyright, privacy or data-protection rights;
  • Attempt to circumvent the client-side architecture in order to submit files to automated systems at scale.

4. Your content and files

You keep every right you already had in the files, text and data you open with the tools. We claim no licence over them, we never receive them, and we cannot use them. You are solely responsible for having the right to process whatever you open, and for the legality of whatever you create with the output.

5. Intellectual property

The Service’s name, design, layout, written content and original code are owned by GadgetZone and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may link to any page, embed a tool in an iframe, and quote short extracts with clear attribution. You may not copy the site’s code or design into a competing product.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any result will be suitable for your purpose. Please verify any critical output before relying on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GadgetZone and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service — including any loss caused by a calculation, conversion or generated output.

8. Third-party content and links

Tools may reference external resources or third-party information. We do not control those resources and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or content. External links are provided for convenience only.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Severability and governing law

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
